Beginning to Turn

Original landscape oil painting by me, Laura Barat. This painting continues onto the sides so framing is not necessary. It is ready to hang. 'Beginning to Turn' went straight into the gallery so I do not have side view or close-up photos. In early September in the Rockies, the Aspen trees begin to change to a yellowish green and the ground becomes a light beige or tan color. It is a short-lived season between summer and winter, but a very beautiful time which I enjoy painting.
